LCC Boys' Basketball


The La Costa Canyon Mavericks Boys' Basketball program offers basketball fundamentals development and athletic conditioning to LCC student-athletes who participate on our Freshman, JV and Varsity basketball teams. Competitive try-outs for our Freshman, JV and Varsity teams are held in November of each year. Through participation in LCC athletics, the LCC student-athlete will learn teamwork, integrity, sportsmanship, restraint, persistence, leadership, self-esteem, discipline, and humility. LCC Boys' Varsity Basketball team participates in the Avocado League of the San Diego Section of the California Interscholastic Federation (www.cifsds.org).
